Since just about every media file is different, rates for transcription projects tend to vary as well.  We base our standard rates on the number of speakers, the quality of the audio and/or video file, the total size of the project (we do offer quantity discounts) and any special formatting needed.  Standard rates are based on the assumption that your audio is of good quality, that you need standard turnaround and that you have no special formatting requests.

In the event that you need shorter turnaround times for your work, your audio quality is less than ideal (accents, background noise, severe talkovers) or you need special formatting, we have also provided two charts below that summarize those charges.

Refund Policy

Though we rarely need to redo transcriptions, if after payment is made, you are unsatisfied with your work, we will revise any errors. If you are still not satisfied we will refund 100% of your money.
