Since just about every audio and video file is different, rates for transcription projects tend to vary as well.  We base our standard transcription rates on the number of speakers, the quality of the audio and/or video file, and the total size of the project (we do offer quantity discounts).

We have provided a rate chart below, with standard prices based on the number of speakers, so you can accurately budget for transcription services.  We have also included a chart for Turnaround Times, as well as Audio Quality and Formatting Charges.

Refund Policy

Though we rarely need to redo transcriptions, if after payment is made, you are unsatisfied with your work, we will revise any errors. If you are still not satisfied we will refund 100% of your money.
