The Team:

F. Allen Barton, President

Mr. Barton began his career as a Specialist on the floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) where he was responsible for managing firm capital and business development. After a successful tenure at the CHX, Mr. Barton then worked for a Phoenix based investment bank where he was responsible for business development, company and industry analysis and facilitating transactions for strategic and private equity buyers.

Mr. Barton graduated with a BS from Arizona State University and holds a MBA from The Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Michael Robey, Vice President

Mr. Robey previously has held positions in the investment banking and investment management fields. There he focused on the evaluation of potential acquisition targets, the ongoing operations of existing portfolio companies, and evaluation potential operational improvements that could be deployed.

He holds a BA in Philosophy from Arizona State University

Gloria Barton, Transcription Supervisor

Mrs. Barton has 25 years of experience transcribing, supervising, proofing, and coordinating transcription and transcriptionists.  She has worked with various fields of insurance, industry, corporate and academia while maintaining hundreds of clients during her career.  

Mrs. Barton attended Indiana University during the '60s.

Robert Kim, Director of Technology

Mr. Kim previously has held a number of positions within the IT consulting and online marketing fields.

Andrew Bryant, Director of Operations

Andrew Bryant graduated Magna Cum Laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a dual degree in Finance and Accountancy. While attending ASU, Mr. Bryant focused on the implementation of process improvements to streamline work flows.
